  • Hailey directed, designed, and implemented a national integrated recruiting campaign across social media, web, print, and in-person events. The campaign reached the target audience with engaging and educational content while highlighting the successes of the company’s intern program, and the breadth of opportunities it has to offer. Several story posts were re-shared by official University and College accounts, thus reaching their greater audiences. Over the course of this campaign, CBG reached an average of 561 accounts and had four direct message shares per post on Instagram, an average of 246 impressions per post on Twitter, and an average of 2,405 impressions and 318 clicks per post on LinkedIn. The landing page received an impressive 287 visits from potential recruits across the nation, many of which converted to applications submitted.
